▲ AQUOS QD-OLED 4K OLED TV＜FS1 line＞, winner of the VGP2024 Critics Award
The AQUOS QD-OLED 4K OLED TV ＜FS1 line＞ won the Critics Award at VGP2024, one of the largest comprehensive awards in Japan for audiovisual equipment that started in 1987.
Equipped with second-generation Quantum Dot OLED panel, the OLED TV realizes evenly adjusted gradation from light to dark areas and wide color gamut, high color purity, and excellent balance with "Climax Drive" panel drive circuit and "Cool Down Shield II" heat dissipation structure, which led to this award. The Critics Award is judged by votes of critics only, and this time, it received a full vote from the judges.

- VGP is one of Japan's largest and most prestigious comprehensive award for audiovisual equipment, launched in 1987. It covers "audiovisual products" such as 4K OLED/LCD TVs and Blu-ray recorders, "pure audio products" such as speaker systems and audio players, and "lifestyle products" such as earphones/headphones, wireless speakers, smartphones, and PCs. The VGP judges, consisting of 10 critics who are active in numerous media such as specialized magazines, as well as leading retailers nationwide, vote and judge the best-selling products, taking into account not only outstanding equipment performance but also market trends.
