Our solution allows non-contact dialogue between staff and patients/clients by using a smartphone, tablet, or other device.

Depending on the situation, allows non-contact responses through auto-answering, as well as flexible settings for switching between video or voice calls.

Provides for group reception, so that multiple staff members can simultaneously receive messages, preventing the missing of important contacts.

The system is easy to set up, since no equipment besides the terminal is required. And it is easy to use thanks to the simple user interface.

By pairing up with SHARP’s EMM solution “LINC Biz emm”, which makes possible remote information management and settings for your devices, you can remotely manage information for all of your connected devices.

Technology Used

This solution uses WebRTC to link terminals of your staff and customers for one-on-one interactive (bidirectional) communication. When first installed, information about the terminals you are using is exchanged and your group is registered. All information from terminals in the same group is stored within the terminals, so that you can easily exchange audio and video data back and forth. Since this is a one-on-one communication, there is no variability in audio or video quality regardless of how many terminals are used.
