iDeep Solutions Corporation Introduces
Enterprise Collaboration Platform TeleOffice Cloud Service

Developed Based on Latest RIA Technologies*1

iDeep Solutions Corporation (Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sam Nakane), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sharp Corporation, today announces the availability of TeleOffice Cloud Service, a collaboration platform for enterprises.

TeleOffice is a cloud-based collaboration platform designed to improve the productivity and quality of meetings and minimize the use of paper documents. TeleOffice enables collaboration participants to view and share materials among a variety of user devices.

Presentation materials are shared, allowing deep zooming and synchronous display between presenter and participant devices. All pages posted by the presenter are immediately synchronized between presenter and participants. A simple and easy-to-use graphical user interface allows for intuitive operation, while a whiteboard function enables participants to simultaneously share handwritten notes and ideas from their individual devices.

TeleOffice is designed to leverage pre-existing hardware, including PCs*2, tablets*3, and smartphones*4. Built on technologies including Microsoft Silverlight®*5, an RIA framework, major enterprise video conferencing systems can be controlled from TeleOffice. It allows existing business IT systems to be used and can thus be introduced on a global basis.

TeleOffice offers additional benefits through specially designed hardware such as the 16.4-inch TeleOffice A4 Super Tablet and 60-inch TeleOffice Super Board, both of which provide natural touch and touch-pen interaction.

iDeep Solutions will continue to provide office productivity solutions and contribute to global business collaborations that synergistically create value.
