2008 ES-V300 Front-Loading Washer/Dryer

The ES-V300 features "Double Ion Washing" that deodorizes, sanitizes, and imparts odor resistance to clothing items that are not washed easily in water by combining Plasmacluster Ions^®*1 with an Ag⁺ Ion Mist that generates Ag⁺ (silver) ions in mist form, an industry first^*2.
For odors such as tobacco smoke clinging to laundry items that are not easy to wash at home such as sweaters and mufflers, approximately 90% of the odors can be eliminated in just a short 10 minutes^*3 simply by placing them in the machine where they will be showered with high-concentration Plasmacluster Ions.
Further, coating the clothing with an Ag⁺ Ion Mist can eliminate bacteria and prevent odors from forming. No water need be applied to the clothing at all, practically eliminating damage resulting from the items getting stretched out of shape, and is simple and easy to use. Plus, a newly developed Ultrasonic Device improves washing power and makes it possible to dry clothing with minimum wrinkles forming.
In addition, an improved Silent Drum System achieves the industry's most quiet operation^*4 (27 dB when washing; 36 dB for spin water extraction) and low-vibration operation at levels approximately half those of previous models. This model was introduced as a product that can be used with peace of mind even by people doing laundry late at night or early in the morning, and by people living in multi-family housing complexes such as apartment buildings or condominiums.
