1. Entry for Campaign

• This “Present Campaign” (hereinafter simply referred to as “This Campaign”) is a campaign being implemented by “Sharp Corporation” (hereinafter referred to as “Our Company”). In order to enter This Campaign, it is necessary to agree to the “Present Campaign Entry Official Rules” (hereinafter simply referred to as the “Official Rules”).
• Users subject to entering the campaign are those that access the special site (https://global.sharp/pci/quizcampaign/) where This Campaign is being hosted, participate in answering a quiz, and submit necessary information with the entry form.
• Every single user is eligible for one entry with each of the courses.
• The period of entry for This Campaign is from July 1, 2014 through July 31, 2014.

2. Prizes

• It is not possible to select a prize for countries other than the countries of residence eligible for This Campaign.
• It is not possible to select the color or design of a prize.

• The specifications and/or design of a prize may differ from that which is introduced within this website.

3. Shipping of Prizes

Eligible Winners

Users residing in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore that have entered This Campaign upon fulfilling the terms of entry for This Campaign.

* A winner will be disqualified in the event that after we have contacted a winner the destination for shipping a prize is acknowledged as being outside of the eligible regions.

Shipping Destination of Prizes

In the event that you have entered This Campaign and have won, it will be necessary to inform us of a physical address in order to receive the prize.

After the drawing, an e-mail will be sent from an operator entrusted by Our Company to notify winners. Respond to said e-mail to inform us of your name, address, phone number, along with any other necessary information. The shipping destination must be within the countries eligible for This Campaign.

Deadline for Registration of Information regarding Shipping Destination of Prizes

• Please inform us of the necessary details within 30 days (hereinafter referred to as the “Registration Deadline”) from when the e-mail notifying a winner is sent by Our Company.

By the Registration Deadline, inform us of the information required for shipping of prizes which will be listed in the notification e-mail sent to winners. After a winner has informed us of the necessary information, the winner will be confirmed upon Our Company sending an e-mail notifying completion of registration to the winner.

A winner will be disqualified in the event that the Registration Deadline is not met, or it is acknowledged after winning that the user had not been qualified to enter the campaign.

4. Shipping of Prizes

Prizes will be shipped upon assuming that the information that has been provided by a winner is accurate information, where then prizes will be shipped by a subcontractor of Our Company.

Prizes will be shipped in order of winners of which shipping details have been confirmed.

Furthermore, please be understanding that there may be a delay in delivery due to the shipping period, region, or weather conditions, etc.

In addition, prizes will only be shipped once, and in cases when a winner does not receive the delivered prize, with the exception of cases when there is a deliberate or negligent fault of Our Company, prizes will not be shipped again.  In addition, in the case that the prize is not received for a long time due to personal matters of the winner, the winning rights will be invalidated.  Accordingly, even in the case that a winner is unable to receive a prize, Our Company or a subcontractor thereof shall not be held responsible.

5. Handling of Customer Information

• Our Company will securely manage personal information obtained through This Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Customer Information”).
• The Customer Information that Our Company will obtain, and the purpose of use of such Customer Information are as follows.

Purpose of use of Customer Information: Our Company will limit the use of Customer Information to contacting winners of This Campaign and to shipping prizes to the winners of This Campaign.

• Our Company, in a range that is necessary in order to operate the Campaign, may provide Customer Information to a business operator to which we consign duties.  In such case, the information that is provided will be limited to a range that is necessary while the business operator receiving this information will be obliged to manage Customer Information through agreements, etc. and will be subject to being appropriately supervised.
