Discontinuation of Exchange Online collaboration function in some models

Allow us to announce discontinuation of the e-mail sending function collaborated with Exchange Online in the models of MFP described below as of the end of September 2026, due to changes in specifications by Microsoft Corporation.
Customers are requested to access Exchange Online from PC or smartphones and use its services directory.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
