Once they have been scanned into the FO-2950M, documents can be sent to any e-mail address. Connectivity with a PC*1, which will save data as a compressed image*2, enables documents to be sent effortlessly via the Internet as file attachments.

*1 MAPI-compatible e-mail software needs to be installed on the PC.

*2 Default format is JPEG, but can be converted to TIFF and other image formats.

By simply setting the FO-2950M to automatically forward incoming faxes to a designated e-mail address, you can access fax correspondence even when you're out of the office by simply checking your e-mail.
