Features


		The amplified 1-bit signals sampled at 2.8224 MHz ensure a frequency range of 5 Hz -- 100 kHz (+ 1 dB/-3 dB).

		Feeding back supply voltage fluctuations to the 7th-order delta-sigma modulation LSI instantaneously corrects the 1-bit control signals in real time.

		Applying powerful noise shaping based on a unique 7th-order delta-sigma modulation LSI ensures 100 dB dynamic range in the audible band.

		Connecting SHARP's 1-bit amplifier and SACD player with a special 13-pin cable, SACD's 1-bit signal stream is transmitted directly and amplified with virtually no signal deterioration or loss.

		Faithful tracking realises an excellent response and a fresh and vivid sound threshold. Amplifying the precise 1-bit music information reproduces the minutest details of the atmosphere of the recording location.

		The SM-SX1 is compact and both power consumption and heat radiation are extremely low -- making this amplifier very environmentally friendly.

		Heptahedrical and mirror-faced, the SM-SX1 is compact and slim thanks to miniaturisation of parts and components. Companion to SHARP's SACD player, the DX-SX1, the SM-SX1 is equipped with a unique, soft-round volume control for precise and optimum ease of operation.
