For fiscal 2006, Sharp plans to declare a year-end dividend of 14 yen per share, an increase of 2 yen, resulting in an annual dividend of 26 yen per share, an increase of 4 yen over the previous year. For fiscal 2007, we plan to declare an annual dividend of 28 yen per share, an increase of 2 yen.
