When installing the printer driver using the included CD-ROM, the screen layout is corrupted. (Tips No.01512)

If the screen layout during installation is broken, follow the steps below to change the Windows display settings.

Windows10

1. Right-click the start button and click [Settings].

2. The setting screen will be displayed. Click [System].

3. The display screen will be displayed. Click [Advanced scaling settings].

4. Advanced scaling settings screen will be displayed. Input "100" in [Custom Scaling] and click [Apply].

5. [Sign out now] is displayed. Click it to sign out now.

After signing out, the Windows display settings will be changed, so make sure that the screen layout is not corrupted during installation.

Windows8.1

1. Display the control panel.

2. When the Control Panel screen appears, click [Appearance and Personalization].

3. When the Appearance and Personalization screen appears, click [Display].

4. The display settings screen will be displayed. Check [Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays] and select [Small-100% (default) ].

5. Check the settings and click [Apply].

6. When the "You must sign out of your computer to apply these changes" dialog is displayed,
click [Sign out now].

After signing out, the Windows display settings will be changed, so make sure that the screen layout is not corrupted during installation.
