  • This projector may not be able to display images from notebook computers in simultaneous (CRT/LCD) mode. Should this occur, turn off the LCD display on the notebook computer and output the display data in "CRT only" mode. Details on how to change display modes can be found in your notebook computer's operation manual.
  • This projector can receive 640 x 350 VESA format VGA signals, however, "640 x 400" will appear on the screen.

    Superb Image Quality

The PG-C20X uses advanced technology to ensure images are displayed with optimum quality.
3D Digital Uniformity compensates for uneven picture brightness at all picture brightness levels from white to dark .

With Digital Convergence, a slight distortion of convergence can be easily adjusted on the service menu screen without having to dismantle the projector and having to move the LCD panel.

3D Y/C Circuitry Filter works to enhance the video quality of NTSC signals. For optimizing the projection of still video images, the PG-C20X incorporates a 3D (horizontal, vertical, and time) digital filter to fully separate the luminance signals (Y) from the color signals (C). And when projecting animated images, Y/C separation is processed in 2D (horizontally and vertically). Meanwhile, movement detection circuitry automatically switches between 3D and 2D processing, thus improving the precision of signal separation. Thanks to this circuitry, vertical resolution is greatly improved and dot interference, cross color, ghost effects, and blur are effectively reduced.

3-Line Digital Comb Filter works to enhance the video quality of PAL signals. By digitally separating the luminance and color signals, it reproduces crisp and clear images with less blur, flicker, and cross coloring during video presentations.

Y-Delay Circuitry adjusts the delay time of luminance signals. This circuit works to reproduce images with less blur and flicker.

    User-Friendly Operation

The Active Digital Keystone Correction (IDWS) compensates for picture distortion when images are projected at an angle, not only in the horizontal direction, the only method conventional units provide, but also with vertical adjustment. Plus, jagged lines on the picture are eliminated, providing a clear projection of almost the same quality as the original picture.

Auto Response Adjust (ARA) automatically and quickly synchronizes the projection settings (pixel clock, phase and horizontal and vertical positions) for a smooth start to presentations.

The Easy-to-Use GUI (Graphical User Interface) shows how to adjust the focus, sound, lighting and other settings.

Easy-to-Use Flip-Type Remote Control with Lightweight Design
    - The minimum of essential buttons can be operated with the flip cover closed and a variety can be controlled when the cover is open.

    Other Outstanding Features
  • 11-language on-screen display (English, German, Spanish, Dutch, French, Italian, Swedish, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean, Japanese)
  • Component input via computer input
  • USB-PS/2 wireless remote with mouse control, laser pointer and backlight
  • Gamma Correction function
  • Resize function
  • Multi-system compatibility (NTSC, NTSC-4.43, PAL, PAL (60Hz), PAL-M, PAN-N, SECAM)
