Home-wide power outage support

Electricity is still supplied to the distribution board, even in the event of a power outage, to keep equipment throughout the home on line. This approach also eliminates the need to replace outlets and related concerns in emergencies.

Scope to boost capacity by installing a storage battery

There is scope to combine two 6.5 kWh storage batteries to boost capacity to 13.0 kWh and expand storage batteries after installation. *2

Notes on use

●Concerning the home-wide power outage response
At times, the equipment may be unusable depending on the status of the connected equipment, solar power generation system or storage battery system, ambient conditions and so on.
If a lot of equipment is connected to the distribution board and used, all the stored electricity will be quickly consumed, so please use equipment carefully during a power outage.

●Boosting capacity after installing storage batteries
A window of around five years is available to expand the capacity of or retrofit storage batteries after installing a power conditioner linked to the same.
However, this is only a benchmark, and the installation may prove infeasible if the applicable storage battery system components are no longer in production.
