When setting the original size to be a special paper size such as "postcard" or "envelope" in the printer driver settings, the message "The 2-sided printing cannot be done at the specified output size." is displayed. There is. First, change the duplex printing setting to single-sided printing, and then set the document size again. (The following procedure is written using BP-70C65 as an example.)

Operation steps

1. Click [OK] to close the dialog screen.

2. Return to the printer driver settings screen. Change "Original size:" and set "2-Sided printing:" to [None].

3. click [OK].

The 2-Side Printing setting is now cancelled. Perform the printer driver settings again.
