The followings describe what information the SRDM collects, how the SRDM collects them and for what purpose the SRDM collects them:

  • What information the SRDM collects:

    Account name, Gmail address, and access token used to send.

    How the SRDM collects:

    Account name, Gmail address: by user input

    Access token: by response from authorization server

    Purpose:

    To send the email using Gmail API.

    To send MFP status and alert information.

SRDM uses Google OAuth2.0 for authentication.

App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from
Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Regarding the above information collected by the app, neither the app will share them with Sharp, nor will Sharp use them.
