IDWS digitally compensates for the slanting that occurs when images are projected at an angle. Sharp's XG-NV5XB/51X provides ±127 levels of angle adjustment, from -45 to +51.5 degrees*, which can be adjusted via the remote control.

Simply connect the projector to a PC and the XG-NV5XB/51X's high-precision ARA function automatically detects the resolution of the signal and adjusts the projector's phase, clock, and horizontal and vertical positions to the optimal settings -- in just 4 to 8 seconds -- to produce clear and beautiful images. You can get right to the point of your presentation without any technical distractions.

The XG-NV5XB/51X incorporates a 1.3x Zoom Lens, allowing you to set the XG-NV5XB/51X just about anywhere.

The Sharp XG-NV5XB/51X displays a Start-up Image when powering up, and then switches to a Background Image until an RGB input source is detected. Both the Start-up and Background Images are user-selectable. You can even import your own customized image, such as your company logo, and use it as the Start-up or Background Image.

The XG-NV5XB/51X is equipped with two computer input terminals, allowing multiple presenters to make presentations.

The XG-NV5XB/51X is compatible with VESA DDC1/2B standards. When connected together, the projector and a VESA DDC-compatible computer will communicate their setting requirements, allowing for quick and easy setup. This plug-and-play support is available for XGA, SVGA, VGA, and Mac (19", 16", 13") resolutions through a direct PC connection. UXGA, SXGA, and Mac 21" resolutions are supported as well using Sharp's Advanced Intelligent Compression mode.
