The following settings are related to copying.
This setting requires administrator privileges.
Set up an ID copy.
Set the type and density of the original image.
Also, when the original is skewed, or when images within the
original are skewed, this automatically corrects the skewing. Image
skew adjustment is linked to the functions that cropping and centring
the copied image on the paper.
Select an image layout.
This is used to set the default original size for the
card shot function.
Specify a value from 25 mm (1") to 210 mm (5-1/2") in increments
of 1 mm (1/8") for both the X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) dimensions
of the original.
Specify the standard value of the original size to be
used for copying.
Specify the paper tray that will be initially selected
for copying.
When this setting is enabled and paper is loaded into
a tray while the machine is on standby in copy mode, that tray is automatically
selected.
Disables the Auto Paper Selection function.
When this setting is enabled, automatic selection of paper
that is the same size as the original on the document glass or in
the automatic document feeder does not take place.
Configure default Original Image Type/Exposure settings.
Sets whether the rotate copy function is used.
Configure default Sort/Group settings.
The magnification is automatically selected according
to the paper tray size.
This is used to set the maximum number that can be entered for the
number of copies (number of continuous copies). Select from “99”
and “999”.
Specify a standard resolution for scanning copies.
This is used to set the default margin shift amount.
Specify a value from 0 mm (0") to 50 mm (2") in increments of 1
mm (1/8") for both the front and reverse sides.
This is used to set the default erase width for edge
erase function. Specify a value from 0 mm (0") to 25 mm (1") in increments
of 1 mm (1/8") for both edge erase and centre erase.
