"Scan Once Print Many" Copying
This function greatly increases productivity by scanning originals in one pass into the copier's internal memory. No more waiting for you originals at the copier -- you can get back to your work as the machine quickly produces your copies.

Quick First Copy Time
The AR-405 has a super fast first copy time of just 4.5 seconds, and the first copy time for the AR-336/286/250 is a speedy 5.2 seconds. This ensures minimum wait time during multiple low-volume copy runs.

Quick Copying and Printing*

Not only do these machines have a fast output rate for making copies (AR-405: 40 cpm, AR-336: 33 cpm, AR-286: 28 cpm, AR-250: 25 cpm**), but they also feature the same output rate for printing, thus standing out as high-speed printers as well. This ensures that both copying and printing jobs will be finished quickly and efficiently.

Large Paper Capacity
The AR-405/336/286/250 come standard with two 500-sheet drawers and a 50-sheet Multi-Bypass Feeder for a large paper capacity of 1,050 sheets. Paper capacity can be expanded to 5,050 sheets with the wide variety of options available.
Optional Finishers for Exceptional Productivity
Two types of finishers are available for the AR-405/336/286/250: the AR-FN1N 3-Tray Finisher with multi-position stapler; and the smaller and affordable AR-FN2 Finisher. With the AR-FN1N you can automatically prepare documents ready to distribute, ready to use -- there's no need to collate, sort or staple the pages by hand.
