Checking a blade for chips

- Applying Edge detection on two points of each side of a blade and one point at the tip of the blade

- Specifying INTERSECTN on the crossing point of both sides of the blade

(Which means the chip is between zero and 0.0175 millimeter, since the resolution is 3.5 micrometer.)
