Estimates of the financial results for fiscal 2004 remain unchanged from the estimates announced in the midterm results in October 2004. We are forecasting net sales of 2,530.0 billion yen and operating income of 150.0 billion yen.

Though ICs may fall below the target announced at midterm results, Audio-Visual and Communication Equipment is expected to exceed the target. As a result, we anticipate achieving the announced forecast on the whole.
