LINC Biz LINC Biz mobility provides an all-in-one "GPS module terminal", "LTE data communication", "terminal management cloud" service to collect key information for diversified and sophisticated fleet management.
- The GPS module terminal comes complete with a 6-axis sensor and voltage sensor capable of measuring angular velocity as well as acceleration. Also included are an interface for connecting external devices, a 16-pin external connector and a USB (Type-A) connector, paving the way for solutions combining external devices such as drive recorders and environmental sensors.
- The communication solution of choice was SORACOM Air from Soracom, Inc., an established company specializing in IoT data communication, which involved installing the SORACOM IoT SIM (as a chip-type SIM). It lets customers start using communication services without the hassle of having to conclude a separate communication service contract or insert a SIM card and the communication method is LTE compatible. The set-up allows real-time economical operation with a high-security, high-speed communication network.
Provides device management cloud service as standard to remotely control, update and expand functionality
Conventional GPS module handsets require direct access to the
device itself for software updates and function enhancements. This
service allows you to check and manage device data status via our
cloud server, so you can operate it remotely without building a
new system. Moreover, there is also scope to add scripts from the
terminal management cloud to control how the GPS module terminals
respond.
Over and above normal vehicle location management, a vehicle management service available as an optional extra allows drivers to monitor their status in real time
As well as the terminal management cloud service, fleet management services are also available
upon customer
request as well as scope to customize how the functions and design are developed. (Image used
