These Controllers support the new CC-Link IE Field, which enables easier introduction for machine and equipment manufacturers. They respond to high-speed and high-precision inspection needs in inspection and measurement processes at production sites.
*Robot Image
Cameras detect the location of the object or inspect object and provide industrial robots with coordinate data needed to operate.
Cameras detects target position to grab the work.
Detects the gap between target position and the work grabbed position, and correct the position to be placed.
Place work on the correct position recognized by camera.
*Image
The camera detects the position of the object and the amount of stage movement on the device is calculated based on this coordinate data. This makes alignment and position correction possible.
*Alignment Function
-Object alignment stages are (XY, XYθ, XYY).
-The amount of stage movement to the reference position is calculated by locating the pattern for alignment.
*Auto Calibration Function
-Calculate the moving distance to displacement.
-Execute calibration for six points (starting and ending points for each direction< XYθ>) automatically.
-Also calculate parameter automatically that will take time if adjusted manually.
- Execute calibration automatically for following six-points including rotational direction.

SHARP is the first in industry* to have CC-Link IE Field standard equipped on the products in the Ethernet basis integrated network system that enable higher speed and larger capacity data communication compare to our conventional models (IV-S300M/IV-S310M) which respond to CC-Link.

“CC-Link IE Field” enables connection with a conventional Ethernet cable in addition to ensuring the reliability of control communications by dividing the bandwidth into “control communications (e.g. input/output signals and measurement data)” and “management communications (e.g. connected device information).”

VNC server equipped on the controller allows you to operate controller remotely, which is connected to server, from the devices VNC viewer installed.
Connection from a tablet by connecting a Wi-Fi master unit to the controller. (It is necessary to install VNC Viewer on the tablet.)
Two cameras connected to controller concurrently play different rolls respectively.
