We have a new lineup of 25 million pixel and 12 million pixel area cameras (monochrome / color).
It is possible to capture up to 5120 × 5120 (25 million pixel) images at once. This makes it possible to detect minute scratches and defects that could not be detected before.
Batch inspection of a wide area with the same image resolution
Minute scratches on glass
Using a line camera also makes it possible to inspect for minute scratches and defects in sheet-shaped and cylindrical work.

Cameras detect the location of the object or inspect object and provide industrial robots with coordinate data needed to operate.
Cameras detects target position to grab the work.
Detects the gap between target position and the work grabbed position, and correct the position to be placed.
Place work on the correct position recognized by camera.
*Image
The camera detects the position of the object and the amount of stage movement on the device is calculated based on this coordinate data. This makes alignment and position correction possible.
* Alignment Function
- Object alignment stages are (XY, XYθ, XYY).
- The amount of stage movement to the reference position is calculated by locating the pattern for alignment.
* Auto Calibration Function
- Calculate the moving distance to displacement.
- Execute calibration for six points (starting and ending points for each direction< XYθ>) automatically.
- Also calculate parameter automatically that will take time if adjusted manually.
- Execute calibration automatically for following six-points including rotational direction.

We will provide software that makes it possible to use image data acquired with the IV-S400 series by inserting the camera into a PC and connecting through the Ethernet cable.
- Sample image processing results and images
- Display histograms and trend graphs of the output values for each designated module
- Acquire data from multiple IV-S400 series cameras with one PC
- Read/write the parameters and flow of the connected vision system main unit, transfer images
- Flow creation/editing is possible with just a PC
- Equipped with a simulator function capable of checking the created flow operation
